A VERSATILE APPROACH

Start with what
would help.

Faithful Valley Services is run by Kyle Rambacher, from Newmanstown, Pennsylvania. Think of it as a one-stop shop: bring the problem, and we'll work out how to solve it.

Kyle has worked in pharmaceutical manufacturing since 2015. From 2015 to 2022 he built, installed and relocated custom production and packaging lines, working alongside engineers on new designs and modifications and leading jobs from assembly through installation. Today he supervises facilities projects in a pharmaceutical setting: he assigns more than 1,000 work orders a year, has planned five manufacturing shutdowns, and has led capital projects from bulk gas systems to a seven-day, 20-truckload warehouse relocation. He works in GMP environments, with OSHA and EHS, and follows LOTO and JSA practices. He also works in BMRAM work-order systems and with SCADA, SAP and Veeva.

His experience reaches well beyond pharma: IT and network support, prototype assembly for agricultural equipment, website design, construction, remodeling, electrical work, and supervising crews and projects. He handles rigging and logistics moves for supply chain departments, from large equipment to full warehouse moves, and can help arrange equipment storage and transport.

For the past five years, Kyle and his wife have owned and run Faithful Valley Farms, a Texas Longhorn operation. Together they manage the cattle, crops and beef sales, along with major building renovations and farm improvements. They plan and manage the budget carefully and have completed most of the repairs, remodeling, construction and equipment maintenance themselves.

Kyle takes a thoughtful, resourceful approach to each project, looking beyond the obvious to find workable solutions. When specialized expertise is needed, he helps bring the right people together to move the work forward.
